- – 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- – 1 tbsp Whole grain mustard (OPTIONAL)
- – 2 tbsp Honey
- – 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- – 1 1/2 tbsp Sour cream
- – 1/4 tsp Salt
- – Crack of black pepper
- – Sesame seeds
- – Chives/Spring onions
The thing about this buffalo wings is that, the sauce is not overly
sensitive. For example, if you want more heat, you can always use
the spiciest chilli sauce out there. If you want it more tangy , you
can up the vinegar and tobasco. Very very simple to tweak around
to suit your tastebud.
The only thing you cannot omit is the butter. You need the butter
to get that shiny, glistening coating on the chicken. You really
need butter to get all things shiny,shimmering splendid.
The blue cheese dip helps cool off the heat but of course, no one is
stopping you from dipping anything in it. It is addictive, let me
warn you first!
